Our third EWPN report is focused on the needs, preferences and habits of women in relation to their financial management, in partnership with Keen Innovation and Unblu.

This report is the third in our series on Female Finance, reflecting both the change in the financial gender gap and the fact that fintech today is all about being in motion. In the first two reports, Female Finance: Digital, Mobile, Networked (2020, EWPN/Keen) and Female Finance In Figures (2021, EWPN/Keen/Bank Cler), we focused on the services offered to women and the characteristics of the companies providing them.

In this third report our focus is on the needs, preferences and habits of women in relation to their financial management. We interviewed women in Switzerland about money and share their stories about the things that matter to them: how they learn to manage their finances (including savings and investments), how they gain confidence, issues of financial control, who they trust or don’t, their pain points with respect to financial tools, and more.

Learn how today’s financial services, despite recent progress and awareness, are still not designed to serve women – neither the professional women nor women taking care of their family’s everyday finances.
