Marianne Bernou is legal & regulatory expert in Banking Circle in Luxembourg, a financial infrastructure provider to payments businesses and banks that recently received a banking license from the Luxembourg supervisory authority. She has more than 10 years of experience in regulatory and prudential matter both in Luxembourg but also at European level having worked in a law firm and then transitioned to in house counsel 9 years ago.
Recently Marianne supported the launch of the Emerging Payments Association EU A.S.B.L (EPA EU), a non-profit association of payments industry influencers based in Luxembourg.
Marianne is also an active board member of LILLA – Ladies in law Luxembourg Association, a non-profit organisation supporting women in the legal sector in Luxembourg.
