Inge van Dijk is Co-owner at BIS First & Program Manager Instant Payments for the Dutch Payments Association
As program manager Inge heads the Dutch Instant Payments program, ever since the Dutch banks announced their ambition in 2015.
In 2016 she set up BIS First, a consultancy firm aimed at simplifying payments for retailers, corporates and industry players.
From 2007 till 2015, Inge worked for ING Bank. In her last position she was Global Head of Payments & Cash Management, amongst others responsible the infrastructure development and implementation of SEPA across ING’s 28 EU countries, its corporate and FI customers. In that position she also developed ING’s global vision & roadmap with regard to instant payments. She has been a member of various European taskforces aimed at the development of the ‘new normal’ across Europe, both within the ECB and within the EBA Clearing organisation.
Prior to ING, Inge worked in various senior management positions in the cards and retail payments sector with MasterCard and Interpay/equens, now equensWorldline.
She has been in the business for more than 25 years, both on the cards (issuing & acquiring) side as well as on the payments side and is overall recognized for her leadership qualities.
