On June 4th 2019, EWPN will host Awards Dinner to celebrate individuals and organisations that stand out and do incredible things to make our industry a diverse and inclusive industry. The awards are divided into 3 categories.
1.ORGANISATIONS
Three different awards will be awarded to organisations that continue to strive for more diversity and inclusion and can demonstrate their commitment and actions to promote; encourage and implement more diversity and inclusion within their organisations.
- The Diversity Award (‘TDA’)
- The Pink Chip Employer Award (PCEA)
- FinTech Startup of the Year
2. INDIVIDUALS
Five different awards will be awarded to outstanding women and leaders who can demonstrate clear leadership, mentorship, integrity, ethical standards, and professionalism and continue to make positive contribution to the industry. These individuals have to meet the criteria indicated in each award.
- The Trailblazer Award
- The Young Innovator (TYI)
- The Positive Trouble Maker (TPTM)
- Emerging FinTech/Payment Leader of the Year
- FinTech/Payments Leader of the Year
3. JUDGE’S CHOICE AWARD
- The Closet Hero Award
This award will be given to the person who has saved the day but never got formal acknowledgement for their sacrifice. The award will be given to a key player in the FinTech/Payments industry who has demonstrated thought leadership and ecosystem engagement, as decided upon by the EWPN 2019 Judges
