We’re excited to have Dr. Christine Bailey, author of Customer Insight Strategies – How to Understand Your Audience and Create Remarkable Marketing, join us to discuss her book. Moderated by Astrid Masle-Boer, Christine will discuss how to turn a sea of data into insights that will help you stand out and maximise your marketing efforts in today’s environment:

  • Create a mission statement with purpose; and a value proposition and brand personality that matters to customers
  • Create targeted segments and personas that inform your content marketing strategy
  • Understand the game-changers for customer acquisition

Christine will also share her experience of writing the book, which came twelve years after publishing her doctorate . As she puts it, ‘life got in the way’.

Not only has she lived and worked in both Europe and the U.S., her global roles have had her zigzagging from Europe to Asia one week, and then to Latin America and North America the next!
